What we do:

Start with a value plan. I show three paths—quick edit, targeted updates (e.g., kitchen/bath), or full prep. I provide estimated costs, timelines, and how each could affect your price range.
Manage the work. Paint, lighting, hardware, layout tweaks, or larger projects. Sequenced, supervised, and styled to photograph and show at their best.
Flexible payment options. In many cases we can arrange improvements now and settle costs at closing (eligibility applies).
