What we do:

  • Start with a value plan. I show three paths—quick edit, targeted updates (e.g., kitchen/bath), or full prep. I provide estimated costs, timelines, and how each could affect your price range.

  • Manage the work. Paint, lighting, hardware, layout tweaks, or larger projects. Sequenced, supervised, and styled to photograph and show at their best.

  • Flexible payment options. In many cases we can arrange improvements now and settle costs at closing (eligibility applies).
